Finding Hope

As September 11th draws near, I want you to enjoy this beautiful short film recently produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This is not in an effort to proselyte my church but to establish a perspective which has helped me and hundreds of other people during hard times. The principles in this true story are universally accepted among most denominations.

  2. Thank you, Paul, for sharing the message. 9-11 was a tragic day that really scared me. Then, it became a day to remember great sadness. Then, last year, we met our baby for the first time on 9-11, and we have a much better outlook on the day.

  3. Wow that was a neat story. I have been to Ground Zero and there is a really sacred feeling there. It's so great that some were able to change their lives for good since going through something so horrible. I have little experiences that push me to focus more on the more important things in my life. Like the car breaking down and being stuck at home for a week. I realize that I didn't really NEED to be going the places that I thought I did, and was able to slow down and focus on what was really important inside my house. Trials so often are actually blessings.

  7. Paul, once again you have been the light at the end of my tunnel. I have been really having a hard time as of late, because I have been so sick due to the chemo. Your words, and music so touch my heart, but knowing that you are a friend, and that I can call you at home, or the cell truly makes me know I have a personal angel here on earth. Get well, my friend so we may go golfing as we have planned.
