Moving into the Hospital on Monday? Maybe.

I am moving permanently into the hospital on Monday until doctors can get me a heart and I'm recovered.

WILD!

They'll also up my status putting me at the top of the waiting list.

More coming tomorrow. . .

  1. I sure hope they find you a heart soon. I'll be praying for you. Are you going to be at Primary Childrens? I hear they're one of the best places around for heart stuff. I'll be there in couple weeks with my son for an EKG.

  2. Oh Paul. If only I could bring you a house warming gift...but, more importantly, please know that ever-blooming prayers are being delivered every day. Love to you and your sweet family. Your testimony is music, and vice versa. Thanks for sharing all of your heart.

  3. Yeah for you! I know that kinda sounds weird but it is great that your status gets bumped up. I am guessing to A1! Hopefully you will get your new heart very soon. We will keep you and your family in our prayers. We will also pray that another family will find peace in giving you a second chance at life. We would love to stop by and meet you sometime, but we understand the germ thing. Germs still scare us and I thnk I keep that Avagard Hand Sanitizer Company in business. Will you be in the PICU or the floor? When all is said and done and you have your new heart for a while I would love (if you don't mind) to talk with you about transplant as an adult. I can't talk to Kaidence about it (she's too litte) and have some questions about what it will be like for her in the future. Say hi to all of our buddies up there for us. By the way, we lived in PICU bed 12 for months, it is a VERY LUCKY (private)room, maybe you should give it a try!
I also wanted to let you know that I love your arrangement of "My Heavenly Father Loves Me" It has always been a favorite primary song for me and Kaidence listened to it all the time in the PICU. I also cannot help but love the second verse "He gave me my mind, my life, my HEART, I thank Him Reverently. For all his creations of which I'm apart. Yes, I know Heavenly Father loves me". We are praying for you!!!

  7. Wow, good luck Paul! Let us know if we can help in any way. I'm home with my kids all day, so tell Lynnette to give me a call if she needs any help with Eden.
