The Deseret News Story

Feature editor and my friend Carma Wadley wrote a beautiful article that was in last Sunday's Deseret News Life section. I hope you enjoy her story.

"I've never done a whole CD that is so personal," pianist Paul Cardall says of his new autobiographical album, "Living for Eden."

  3. What an amazing, inspriational and talented person you are. I would love to get in touch with you as I am the President of Intermountain Healing Hearts, which is a newly formed non-profit support group one year) that offers support locally to those affected by Congenital Heart Defects. We also have adult members and I am sure you would add so much to the group and offer much hope to parents that are in shock that are wondering what the future will hold for their newborn that has just been diagnosed with a chd(s).
I invite you to visit the site at www.intermountainhealinghearts.org.

  4. I have been inspired by your music for sometime and just heard about your blog and article with the Deseret News. My son Joseph had a heart transplant in January because he also had congenital heart defects and PLE. He had struggled with much of the same (hating steroids and their awful side effects, swelling everywhere, especially in his abdomen-he looked like he was 8 months pregnant before transplant). Hopefully you will receive your transplant soon so that you can resume your normal life. It really does happen - it just takes a while. We will be praying for you. You can read Joseph's blog at heartransplant.blogspot.com.

  5. It was a very nice article. You're music is beautiful! My name is Camille and my son Alex, (born 5-12-08) has the same CHD as you do. It's so nice to see that children with CHD's do have a future. Thank Heaven for modern medicine, and for the tender mercies of our Heavenly Father. I wish you the very best in your waiting. I hope that you can visit the website (intermountainhealinghearts.org), because I really believe you can offer a lot of support and hope to those of us who are experiencing what you already have. Best of luck to you and your beautiful family.
